Ethics & AI Safety Policy
June 3, 2026
At AI3DGen.com, we build professional generative AI tools for creators, developers, and designers. We believe that powerful 2D-to-3D transformation technology must be paired with strict engineering constraints and ethical guidelines.
This page outlines our operational principles regarding platform safety, content moderation, and user data privacy.
1. Content Moderation & Zero-Tolerance Policy
To maintain a safe environment and comply with international regulatory and payment processing standards, AI3DGen enforces a strict content generation policy. We utilize automated moderation API endpoints to screen all input prompts and source images before generation begins.
We operate on a strict zero-tolerance policy for NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content.
- Any attempt to generate explicit, adult, sexually suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate material will be actively rejected by our moderation systems.
- Repeated attempts to bypass these safety filters will trigger automatic account suspension without eligibility for a refund.
2. Data Privacy & Model Training
We respect the boundary between your private assets and our underlying technology.
- No Unsolicited Training: We do not use your private uploads, generated 3D models, or prompt history to train or fine-tune our foundational generation models without your explicit consent.
- Data Retention (1-Hour Auto-Deletion): For your privacy and data security, we do not store your files long-term. All uploaded source assets and generated 3D models are automatically and permanently purged from our servers one hour after the generation process is completed. Please ensure you download your generated assets promptly.
3. System Integrity & Abuse Prevention
We engineer our platform for high availability and professional use. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our generative pipeline, bypass our safety filters, or execute denial-of-service attacks via automated script abuse will be blocked at the edge level.
4. Reporting Violations
Safety is a continuous engineering effort. If you encounter an output that bypasses our moderation filters or discover assets generated by our platform being used maliciously, please report it immediately to our trust and safety team at [email protected].
