1. General Policy and 'Trial-First' Approach
AI3DGen.com operates on a 'trial-first' basis. We provide a free (Base) version allowing all users to evaluate the platform's core capabilities prior to making a purchase. However, we offer a Cooling-off Period: If you have purchased a subscription or credits but have not used any paid credits (zero usage), you are eligible for a full refund if the request is submitted within three (3) days of the transaction date.
2. Discretionary Refund Eligibility
For cases involving quality issues (where credits were used), we may consider refund requests only if they are submitted within five (5) days of the transaction date. To be eligible for a discretionary refund, you must provide conclusive evidence that our service failed to perform as advertised. Specifically, you must demonstrate that the Pro model failed to produce a viable 3D model.
Required evidence includes:
- The original 2D input image submitted for conversion.
- The resulting 3D model (or verifiable screenshot) generated specifically by the Pro model.
3. NSFW and Prohibited Content Exclusion
Strictly No Refunds for Prohibited Content: Any refund request based on the inability to generate, or dissatisfaction with, Not Safe For Work (NSFW), pornographic, or otherwise illegal content will be automatically rejected. As explicitly stated across our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, the generation of such content is strictly prohibited. Attempting to generate prohibited content is a violation of our user agreement, and no compensation will be provided for failed attempts to bypass our safety filters.
4. Refund Calculation and Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the following terms:
- Review Timeline: Our team will assess your request and evidence within 3 business days.
- Prorated Refunds: For subscriptions, approved refunds may be calculated on a prorated basis, deducting fees based on the number of days the subscription was active or the proportion of credits used, whichever is applicable.
- Disbursement: Approved funds will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Technical Faults
In the event of lost or incorrectly debited credits due to a verified technical error on our platform, compensation will be provided in the form of replacement credits. A technical fault does not automatically qualify the user for a monetary refund.
6. How to Submit a Request

- Your registered account email address.
- Order details or transaction ID.
- The mandatory evidence listed in Section 2 (if claiming quality issues).
- A comprehensive explanation of the issue.
