Yes! All paid plans include a Commercial License, allowing you to use your generated 3D models for games, NFTs, advertising, and other commercial projects without restrictions.
I ran out of credits. Can I buy more without upgrading?
Yes! You can purchase extra credits on the Credit Pack page. These add-on credits remain valid until your subscription's next renewal date.
How does the subscription work? (Monthly vs. Annual)
A subscription ensures you receive fresh credits regularly. Monthly Plan: You are billed once a month, and credits refill on your renewal date. Annual Plan: You pay a discounted fee for the whole year upfront, but your credits still refresh on a monthly basis (they are not added all at once).
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Your credit allowance resets on your billing renewal date each month. Any unused credits from the previous cycle do not roll over, so we encourage you to use them up!
What is the difference between Base, Pro, and Ultra generations?
The Base Generator prioritizes speed (30-60s), ideal for drafts. The Pro Generator improves lighting and textures. The Ultra Generator (approx. 3 mins) offers the highest detail and structure fidelity for complex models.
What if I'm not happy with the generated 3D model?
AI generation involves some randomness. Try removing the background or converting to 3D style for better results. Please note that credits are consumed for each generation attempt.
How many credits does each generator consume per attempt?
Each generation request costs the following credits:
- Base Generation costs 20 credits,
- Pro Generation costs 40 credits,
- Ultra Generation costs 80 credits,
- AI Image Editing costs 14 credits per generation,
- Background Remover costs 1 credit per generation.
How do I cancel my subscription? Will I lose access immediately?
You can cancel anytime by visiting your Account page. Don't worry—your plan benefits and remaining credits will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Is my data and uploaded art private?
Yes. We prioritize data security. Your uploaded images and generated 3D models are stored securely and are accessible only to you. We do not share your private assets.
Do you offer refunds?
We highly recommend trying the Free version first to fully understand the Base generator capabilities before purchasing. If you still need to request a refund, please check the Contact Us link found in the website footer.
What image formats are best for 3D conversion?
We support JPG, PNG, and WebP. For the best 3D results, we recommend using high-resolution images with a clear subject and a plain or transparent background.
