Do I need an active subscription to buy a Credit Pack?
Yes. Credit Packs are exclusive add-ons for subscribers. You must have an active Starter or Pro plan to purchase these top-ups. If you are not subscribed, please visit our Pricing Page first.
Do these extra credits expire?
Yes, they align with your subscription cycle. Credit Pack balances reset on your next billing renewal date. For example, if your plan renews on the 1st of next month, you should use your booster credits before that date. They do not roll over.
How many credits does each 3D generator cost?
Plan your purchase based on your needs:
• Base Generator: 20 credits
• Pro Generator: 38 credits (High Quality)
• Ultra Generator: 80 credits (Best Detail)
• Style Transfer: 15 credits
• Background Remover: 1 credit
Which credits are used first: Subscription or Credit Pack?
The system automatically prioritizes your included Subscription Credits. Once those are fully exhausted, it will seamlessly start using your Credit Pack balance.
Can I use Credit Packs for the Ultra and Pro models?
Do I get Commercial Rights with these credits?
Yes! Since you are an active subscriber, any model you generate—whether using subscription credits or Credit Pack credits—includes the same Commercial License for use in games, NFTs, and advertising.
Where can I check my separate Credit Pack balance?
On the creation page, you will see a combined total. To see the specific breakdown of your Subscription vs. Credit Pack balance, please visit your Account Dashboard.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
No, Credit Packs are non-refundable digital goods. Since we offer free trials to test the quality before purchase, we cannot issue refunds for unused credits. Please buy only what you need for the current month.
